To shift into neutral, reverse or park positions, just lift the trigger and ratchet the shifter forward for each position.Direct Fit Installation. The B&M Hammer Console Ratchet Shifter was designed to fit the 1987-1993 Mustang's center console with no modifications required to the factory AOD transmission.
